A Real Slice of Rome...”

I love Pizza, and many people do, I have reviewed quite a few spots in Montreal, but this one in Laval takes top honors. Not quite a full resto, not quite a bar, one thing for sure it's QUITE delicious.
Square pizzas just like they make in Italy, complete with the Roman chef "Fernando" who takes his time with the dough, (72 hour rising of that dough), no one makes it like this, at least one that has not come thru my pallet. I loved it, my family loved it, i am getting hungry just writing this.
Fernando uses only Italian flour, direct from Italy, he cooks it in an Italian oven which cooks the pizza in 2 different temperature zones to get the perfect crunchiness and softness too.
No need for forks and knives here folks, eating with your hands/fingers is highly recommended, those are all the tools you need here. (but they will give you forks and knives if requested).
The decor is very Roman, complete with the Colosseo on the walls, chic chairs, high tables and the view of pizzas calling your name. They cook it there right in front of you.
They serve Italian beer and Italian sodas too, get it while its hot... I kid you not, this pizza is the absolute Jam.
Great for teens to hangout, great for families to eat with, great with friends and some "Waaay Cumpare" are also welcome. ^_^
As their name says, "A Slice of Roma" Taglio Di Roma, you can eat it at home, pick up is there for the taking too.

“Incredible Pizza”

My family loves pizza but this one takes the slice. It's not the typical pizza chain type restaurant rather a typical Italian from Rome Italy style trattoria pizza bar. Freshly made by master Italian pizza chef made with authentic Italian ingredients right down to the beverages. Yes Italian Moretti beer. Imagine a dough that takes 72 hours to rise.-This pizza is fluffy and incredibly tasty. Try the sausage and mushroom or rapini and sausage or grilled vegetarian or Nutella pizza. My 8 year old thought it was delicious. The place is friendly the fun decor. Finally a local pizzeria that we can all enjoy.

“Explosion of flavours ”

Finally a restaurant in Laval that has reinvented the wheel. Beautiful pizzas bursting with fresh flavours and made in front of your eyes. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The only sad part is that it should be doubled in size as there aren't many tables... Make the trip out to this unique restaurant and don't forget the nutella pizza for desert!!!
